Crafted by Kaido House in collaboration with Mini GT, this model represents the KAIDO STAR V1, a fully original design by Japanese-American custom car designer Jun Imai. Unlike the brand's other releases based on existing OEM chassis, this casting was created entirely from scratch to celebrate the exaggerated street style of late-1970s and early-1980s Japanese kaido racer culture.

The model showcases a stunning appearance. The deep metallic purple finish with silver center stripes perfectly highlights the aggressive silhouette, featuring boxy fender flares, a lengthened front splitter, and the signature tall twin-pipe takeyari exhaust. The detailed engine bay, revealed by the openable hood, displays a tuned twin-cam turbo inline-six, while the deep aluminum barrel wheels sit tight under the widened arches, capturing the authentic spirit of this custom car tribute.
