Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Ai-chan Vault, you secure priority allocation from our incoming inventory. Pre-orders will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as stock becomes available at our warehouse.

Please review the following important terms before placing a pre-order:

Payment

  • All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payment confirms your reservation and secures priority fulfillment once inventory arrives.

Estimated Release Dates

  • All release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers.
  • Production schedules, shipping timelines, and release windows may change without notice.
  • Delays, schedule changes, or cancellations by manufacturers are beyond our control.

If a product is officially canceled by the manufacturer or supplier, we will cancel the pre-order and issue a full refund.

Shipping Policy for Mixed Orders

  • If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items may be shipped separately.
  • Orders containing multiple pre-order items may ship only after all items in the order become available, unless otherwise arranged.

Allocation & Availability

Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation. In rare cases where allocation is reduced or unavailable, Ai-chan Vault reserves the right to cancel affected orders and issue a refund.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-orders may be canceled upon request; however, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply. The applicable fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Price Adjustments

Prices for pre-order items are based on current supplier pricing, exchange rates, and estimated logistics costs at the time of listing.

In rare cases, manufacturers or suppliers may adjust pricing, or significant changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or shipping costs may occur after a pre-order has been placed.

Ai-chan Vault reserves the right to adjust pricing when necessary due to substantial external cost changes. If a price adjustment is required, customers will be notified and given the option to:

  • proceed with the updated price, or
  • cancel the pre-order for a full refund.

Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated in this Pre-Order Policy.
