At Ai-chan Vault, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, inserts, and tags must be included.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Due to the nature of collectible figures, opening or unsealing packaging may significantly affect collectible value. Opened or used items may not be eligible for a full refund and may be subject to partial refund based on condition upon inspection.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before initiating any return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• If the return is due to seller error (incorrect item, damaged during transit, or defective product), we will provide a prepaid return label and cover return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to buyer preference (change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate order, etc.), the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Process
