Bandai Metal Build Gundam Astraea Proto Avalung Gear Cygnus Expansion Set

Produced by Bandai. This expansion set introduces the Proto Avalung Gear Cygnus, an original equipment developed for the GNY-001 Gundam Astraea from the Mobile Suit Gundam 00P side story. In the lore, it was created by Celestial Being engineer Ian Vashti before the organization began its armed interventions. Because GN particle storage and release technology was still immature at the time, the Astraea could not achieve its designed performance, so Ian designed this high-mobility test equipment to compensate. The loadout includes particle-storing Proto GN Shields, thruster units with built-in GN capacitors, and leg-mounted thrusters equipped with GN Claws. During one exceptionally stable test run, Ian witnessed the Astraea's pure white silhouette darting swiftly through the darkness of space, and he named the equipment "Proto Avalung Gear," adding "Cygnus" after the beautiful swan constellation.

This collectible faithfully recreates that elegant test configuration with a refined white color scheme and extensive die-cast metal parts for a premium feel. The set features eight Proto GN Shields, two Proto GN Twin Broad Blades, GN Beam Saber blades, and numerous additional GN thrusters, along with a new interlocking gear part for the Proto GN High Mega Launcher.
