Each order is carefully inspected and securely packed prior to shipment to ensure product quality and safe delivery.

Due to the nature of collectible figures and limited-edition items:

• Most products do not include a manufacturer warranty.

• Minor paint variations, factory imperfections, or packaging wear may occur and are considered normal within the collectibles industry.

• Outer box condition is not guaranteed to be mint unless explicitly stated.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, store credit, partial refund, or return authorization depending on the situation.

For shipping-related damage, we may assist in filing carrier claims when applicable.
